Questions we are often asked
Can you handle planning permission for us?
Yes. We prepare and manage the application as part of the project, and design with the planning tests in mind from the start rather than reacting to them later.
Can we use our own architect?
Absolutely. We work with your design team or bring one in, whichever suits you. Either way we coordinate the drawings with how the building will actually be built.
How long will it take?
It depends on the size of the project and the planning route. After an initial review we give you a realistic programme, and we tell you early if anything is likely to change it.
How do you manage cost?
We agree scope and budget up front, explain what is included, and flag any change before it is committed, so there are no surprises at the end.
